Marginly is a financial-analytics service for Amazon sellers operated at marginlyapp.com. This policy explains how we handle your information.
Information we collect
- Account information you provide when you sign up, including your name and email address.
- Integration data from services you choose to connect (for example, your Amazon Seller account).
- Content you create in the product, such as cost entries, formulas, and dashboards.
- Usage information about how you interact with the service, collected to operate and improve it.
- Billing information handled by our payment processors if you have a paid plan. We do not see or store payment card details.
How we use your information
- To provide, maintain, and improve the service.
- To authenticate you and keep your account secure.
- To send transactional messages related to your account, such as billing receipts and security notices.
- To comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms.
We do not sell your information, and we do not use it to train models for other customers or for advertising.
How we share your information
We share information only with service providers that help us run the product (hosting, email delivery, payment processing, sign-in), and only as needed for them to perform that service for us. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Marginly, our users, or the public.
- Beta Tester Program (opt-in): By joining the Beta program, you grant the Marginly development team access to your tenant — including your Amazon connection, sales data, and any data you create — for the purpose of testing and polishing the product. Every action a developer takes while accessing your account is audit-logged. This consent is revocable instantly at any time from this page.
International transfers
Your information is stored and processed in the United States. By using the service, you understand that your information may be transferred to and processed in the United States.
Retention
We keep your information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the service. After you close your account, we delete or de-identify your information within a reasonable period, except where we are required to retain it for legal, accounting, or fraud-prevention purposes.
Your choices and rights
You can review and update your account information, export your data, or close your account from the in-app settings. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under applicable privacy laws — including the right to access, correct, delete, or port your information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at privacy@marginlyapp.com.
Security
We use industry-standard administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information, including encryption in transit and at rest. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
Cookies
We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and to protect against cross-site request forgery. We do not use advertising cookies or cross-site tracking.
Children
Marginly is not intended for individuals under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the updated version here and update the date above. If changes are material, we will notify you.
